EPC Project of Taizhou Jiangyan 50 MW Fishery-PV Hybrid Plant Reaches Full-Capacity Grid Connection

PublishDate:2026-02-14 Source:Wuhan Building Material Industry Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd.

On February 13th, the 50 MW fishery-PV hybrid power generation project in Louzhuang Town, Jiangyan District, Taizhou City—invested by Taizhou Heyan Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and undertaken as an EPC turnkey project by Wuhan Building Material Industry Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. of Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited—successfully achieved full-capacity grid connection. With the grid connection command issued from the 220 kV Shenxing Substation, the “blue ocean” formed by 92,326 high-efficiency PV modules began transmitting green power, marking the completion of this compound renewable energy base spanning six administrative villages and covering hundreds of hectares.

As the EPC contractor, Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited set “high-standard performance and high-quality delivery” as its core objectives from the outset. In response to challenges such as cross-village coordination, complex underwater geology, and intensive cross-construction activities, the company fully leveraged its integrated EPC industrial chain advantages by establishing an innovative management system of “overall EPC coordination, zonal control, and specialized synergy.” Through proactive engagement with multiple authorities to complete compliance-oriented design optimization and scientifically avoid ecologically sensitive areas, it achieved efficient and intensive utilization of water resources.

During construction, the project team adhered to the “fishery-PV symbiosis” concept, strictly controlling the PV panel shading ratio through scientific calculations to ensure “power generation above water, fish farming below,” thereby injecting green momentum into rural industrial development. The construction adopted a “parallel construction + flow operation” approach, meticulously dividing the work into six major zones to coordinate core processes such as piling, module installation, and electrical commissioning. To address challenges specific to overwater construction, floating crane systems and specialized laying vessels were utilized, ultimately achieving a 100% acceptance rate for module installation and successful electrical commissioning on the first attempt.

This full-capacity grid connection represents another significant achievement of Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited’s active implementation of the “dual carbon” strategy. Moving forward, the company will continue to uphold its core values of “performance with integrity and craftsmanship in construction,” persistently deepening its expertise in the new energy EPC sector. By leveraging specialized technology, efficient management, and high-quality services, it aims to deliver more exemplary green energy projects, contributing its expertise and strength to the nation’s green and low-carbon development.
